Antonio's Story

Antonio's Story

   Halle Erwin
   13 July 2018

This is the difference a sponsor makes in the life of their sponsored child. This is Antonio’s story.

In the mountains of Honduras, Antonio and his five siblings have lived much of their lives on their own. Their mother and father both work in the drug trafficking industry.

Required to scavenge for food, Antonio was more accustomed to the feeling of hunger than feeling full. He also didn’t attend school as he lacked the funds for necessary supplies and a uniform. He had been so deprived of relational and educational influence, he didn’t even have the ability to speak.

Through your faithful support, Antonio and each of his siblings now receive a warm, nutritious meal daily. They’re growing physically and spiritually into the world changers God intended through the support their sponsorship provides.

A child once unable to communicate now demonstrates connection with and compassion for others. Antonio is a true testament to our vision of seeing Every Child a Whole Child.
