Sandziso's Story

Sandziso's Story

   Tamara Chasusa
   15 June 2018

While the life circumstances for each child are sure to vary, the end result never wavers. Children who are shown the love of Christ are empowered to become world changers. This is what your sponsorship provides.

Living in the drought-stricken area of Lonhlupheko in eastern Swaziland, Sandiziso lives with his grandmother. His father abandoned him, and his mother remarried a man who did not want to care for him.

Sandziso occasionally attended the Children’s Cup CarePoint to receive a warm meal and to play with other kids. His life changed forever when he was blessed with a friend in America, his sponsor. The sponsor still plays a major role in Sandziso’s life today as he receives support and encouraging letters.

The Children’s Cup CarePoint facilitators praise him for his improved focus in school. We look forward to this young boy’s bright future and will cheer him on all the way! This is the difference sponsoring a child makes in the life of children like Sandziso in Southern Africa and Latin America every day.

Because of you, we have expanded our reach in Swaziland! With the addition of new CarePoints, more than 600 kids need sponsorship. Would you help them? For $39/month, your love and support could truly change a child’s life forever! Thank you for partnering with us.
