Pasadita
Pasadita is a little village in the Northern district of Orange Walk, Belize. Most of the income in this village is generated by sugarcane and agriculture. However, many of the villagers are heavily involved in contraband from Mexico which causes this village to be placed under heavy security by armed forces. Some of the most common struggles for life in Pasadita are drug addiction, poverty, single-parent homes, and prostitution. Scarcity of jobs makes it difficult for those who want to make an honest living for themselves.
Belize
Belize is situated in the Caribbean Sea, south of Mexico, and is about the size of New Hampshire. About 60% of the total population is made up of children and youth. Belize, with all its natural beauty and loving people, still has the highest murder rate per capita in all of Latin America.

GIVING HOPE IS SIMPLE, YET EFFECTIVE
Through CarePoints in local communities, Children's Cup provides the necessities and skills needed to thrive, but most of all we provide children the opportunity to learn about Christ.
Through generous sponsorship, you're providing hope and encouragement, but most importantly you're letting these children know their life has value and that they are loved. Thank you!
