Nomphumelelo Sikonela

Meet precious little Nomphumelelo! She lives with her mother and has three sisters. Her mother works as a singer, and her father is a driver. Her main hope right now is to become a nurse when she grows older. With good health, Nomphumelelo eats a diet made up of mostly rice. Sometimes, they will eat chicken, but it is a rare treat. She is a good student and her favorite subject is math. Skipping rope with her friends is her favorite pastime.

Sibusisiwe

The community of Lonhlupheko is drought-stricken. The landscape of the region is very flat with little vegetation due to the lack of rainfall. The people of Lonhlupheko plough just as hard as everyone else in the country, but because of the extreme heat, the crops dry out. This has led to high unemployment and extreme poverty.

eSwatini

Only slightly smaller than New Jersey, Eswatini is almost completely bordered by South Africa, with a portion of the country bordered by Mozambique. More than half of the population live below the poverty line, and around 38% of the population is under the age of 15.

HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE
All it takes is $39 a month to make a huge impact in this child's life! Your support goes directly to help provide for and empower them. Sponsoring a child will also impact your life!

GIVING HOPE IS SIMPLE, YET EFFECTIVE

Through CarePoints in local communities, Children's Cup provides the necessities and skills needed to thrive, but most of all we provide children the opportunity to learn about Christ.

Through generous sponsorship, you're providing hope and encouragement, but most importantly you're letting these children know their life has value and that they are loved. Thank you!
