Alas De Cristo Rey

The community of Alas de Cristo Rey is located in the municipality of Guaimaca. The access roads and streets are not paved, but this community does have an education and transportation system. The people of Alas de Cristo Rey do not have running water in their homes, so they have to fetch water from the nearest source. These families live in poverty, and 40% of the children suffer from malnourishment. In this area, there are minimal job opportunities, so families often move around in order to pursue other trades like cutting coffee, recycling, and woodcutting.

Honduras

About the same size as Tennessee, Honduras is a diverse country of nine million people located in Central America. Drastic unemployment and hopelessness fuel violent gang activity all over the country. Seeking a better future, tens of thousands leave in search of a better life.

HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE
All it takes is $39 a month to make a huge impact in this child's life! Your support goes directly to help provide for and empower them. Sponsoring a child will also impact your life!

GIVING HOPE IS SIMPLE, YET EFFECTIVE

Through CarePoints in local communities, Children's Cup provides the necessities and skills needed to thrive, but most of all we provide children the opportunity to learn about Christ.

Through generous sponsorship, you're providing hope and encouragement, but most importantly you're letting these children know their life has value and that they are loved. Thank you!
