Sibonakaliso Shongwe

Sibonakaliso is a shy young girl who prefers to spend her free time playing dolls with her friends. When she grows up, she hopes to be a nurse and help people in her community. Having her goals in mind, she has improved in school a lot with the SiSwati language class as her favorite. Sibonakaliso's mother abandoned her family, and her father is deceased, so Sibonakaliso and her sisters live with their grandmother. Her contribution to the chores is to wash the dishes after her favourite meal of chicken. Will you sponsor Sibonakaliso and encourage her to pursue her dreams?

Othandweni

Othandweni is situated in a very remote area on the outskirts of the busy city of Manzini. It is a densely populated yet extremely rural community with very little rainfall, thus no vegetation is on the homesteads. This means barely any food for most families. Most of the men in this community work in sugarcane fields far from this area. They often come back home once a month--or not at all--which creates a void in the families. As a result, the majority of the children in this area are orphans who live with their grandparents or with extended family members.

HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE
All it takes is $39 a month to make a huge impact in this child's life! Your support goes directly to help provide for and empower them. Sponsoring a child will also impact your life!

GIVING HOPE IS SIMPLE, YET EFFECTIVE

Through CarePoints in local communities, Children's Cup provides the necessities and skills needed to thrive, but most of all we provide children the opportunity to learn about Christ.

Through generous sponsorship, you're providing hope and encouragement, but most importantly you're letting these children know their life has value and that they are loved. Thank you!
