Mvutjini
Mvutjini is a poverty-stricken area located next to one of the most affluent urban areas of eSwatini called Ezulwini. However, Mvutjini falls far below the affluence found there. Most people from this area live in rented flats, if they have found work in the hotels or businesses around Ezulwini. A few people have homes on eSwatini national land, but their land is very dry, which limits the ability to plow and produce food for their families. This makes life very difficult for the families living there, especially the children. Most children in this area come from single-parent families or live with extended relatives.
eSwatini
Only slightly smaller than New Jersey, Eswatini is almost completely bordered by South Africa, with a portion of the country bordered by Mozambique. More than half of the population live below the poverty line, and around 38% of the population is under the age of 15.

GIVING HOPE IS SIMPLE, YET EFFECTIVE
Through CarePoints in local communities, Children's Cup provides the necessities and skills needed to thrive, but most of all we provide children the opportunity to learn about Christ.
Through generous sponsorship, you're providing hope and encouragement, but most importantly you're letting these children know their life has value and that they are loved. Thank you!
