Somusa Nkosi

South Africa

Izithandani

Somusa Nkosi

Somusa lives at home with her mother and three siblings. Her mother works as a maid to support the family. Somusa is doing well in her classes and enjoys her English class most. When Somusa is not in school or at home washing dishes, she can be found skipping rope with her friends. This clever little girl has big dreams and aspirations to become a nurse one day to help her community. Help Somusa realize those dreams and to know that she has hope in Christ. Be a sponsor for Somusa; be the difference maker in her life.

Izithandani

Izithandani is located in the municipality of Badplaas, a very poor region of South Africa. With over 50% unemployment, not much hope is here. These beautiful people are all Swazis as this area of South Africa was, at one time, eSwatini. They have remained for generations, and the local chief has noticed that something is different in the community. This beautiful region is filled with game parks and macadamia nut farms. The typical wide-topped acacia tree can often be found with community members sitting in the shade telling stories about years gone by and meeting about the future of their communities.

HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE
All it takes is $39 a month to make a huge impact in this child's life! Your support goes directly to help provide for and empower them. Sponsoring a child will also impact your life!

GIVING HOPE IS SIMPLE, YET EFFECTIVE

Through CarePoints in local communities, Children's Cup provides the necessities and skills needed to thrive, but most of all we provide children the opportunity to learn about Christ.

Through generous sponsorship, you're providing hope and encouragement, but most importantly you're letting these children know their life has value and that they are loved. Thank you!
