Have any questions about your child sponsorship process?

I need to update my payment information. How do I do that?

Log in to your online account at and select “My Giving.” From there, you’ll be able to make changes to your recurring gift.

How do I write to my child?
You may log on to your account in the top right menu and email a letter to your child. This will come to our office, where we will print and deliver it to your child for you! You may also send letters via our postal address (P.O. Box 1930, Keller, TX 76244.) All letters must fit in a standard size envelope. Check out your letter's journey through the video below:
I pay for the sponsorship, but I want the letter from our sponsored child to come to my children. Can I do that?

We will do our best to have your sponsored child write to your child. Signing letters from your family with the name who you want the sponsored child to write is the best way to ensure this happens.

Note: The primary name on your Children's Cup account will receive the end of year tax statement.  If your child’s name is the primary name on the account, the tax statement will address your child.

What gift(s) can I send to my sponsored child?

Sending gifts to your child is a great idea! You may send items that fit in a flat, letter-sized envelope. Items such as a coloring page or stickers are great to include along with a letter to your child. You may also send larger gifts through your account.

  • Log in to your account.

  • Click the icon to the right of your child’s name.

  • Select “Give a Gift.”

  • Select the gift you wish to purchase and then check out.

Due to the high cost of shipping and customs restrictions, we do not recommend shipping packages through the mail. We will donate all gifts that do not fit within a standard envelope to a local charity in Texas.

If I give a donation for a gift to my child, when will my child receive the gift?

The field receives money sent on an international wire at the end of each month. The field staff will then buy the gift for your child and send a photo to you of the gift moment upon receiving the funds.

*Sponsors may only purchase gifts for their sponsored child. To give to your child's entire family, please select the gift item, “groceries.”

How long does it take for my child to receive a letter from me?

While handwritten letters to your sponsored child can take up to 30 days to be delivered, writing online significantly speeds up that process! Online letters are processed, printed, and delivered to your child within 5-10 days.

You can expect to receive a reply letter from your child 45-60 days from the date that you mailed it.
