Meet Ever

🙂 Ever, a twelve-year-old boy in fifth grade, has two brothers and lives with his mother. When his father passed away at the age of seven, Ever experienced immense sorrow; his father had been the family's provider and taught him invaluable life lessons like riding a bike.

After this tragic loss, 😢 Ever fell into a period of depression, withdrawing from school and refusing to leave the house or engage with others. Despite his mother's efforts to support and encourage him, nothing seemed to help.

Then, a friend invited Ever to visit the CarePoint in Cebadilla. Though hesitant at first, Ever eventually accepted. Upon arrival, he was greeted warmly with smiles and found many children to play with. That day, he heard about The Life of Jesus for the first time and was deeply moved. At the end of the teaching, a prayer brought Ever to tears as he felt the presence of the Holy Spirit. It was a glorious day, marking a turning point for him. 🎉

Since then, Ever has returned to school and now enthusiastically helps his mother sell slices as part of her business.

Thanks to Children's Cup, not only are children provided with physical nourishment, but the spiritual teachings also have the power to heal hearts! ❤️
