Senzo and Sibusiso Learn to Raise Chickens

Friends, Senzo and Sibusiso, are two incredible young men at our Mooiplas CarePoint. Sibusiso never misses a day at the CarePoint, loves to play soccer, and is known for being clever. And Senzo is known for his passion and humility. Although these two have very different personalities, they sure make a great team! That’s why we invited them to help run our test pilot project of raising chickens! And they have done an incredible job so far! They help feed, clean, and care for the chickens. As soon as school lets out each day, they come straight to the coop to check on things. They are loving learning this new skill and are so excited about the outcome. We are so proud of these two and can’t wait to see this project expand and more students taking part!
